Trade unions at all levels organized visits and encouragement for union members and workers who have had work-related accidents, occupational diseases, are in difficult circumstances, and have serious illnesses. Timely consider and propose support for the construction and repair of "Union Shelter" houses for union members with difficult housing circumstances during Workers' Month.

The district and city Labor Federations have affiliated business unions, mobilizing businesses to "Thank you to employees" through the conference (feather groups) to commend and reward workers with many technical innovation initiatives, applying modern technology to production, contributing to increasing labor productivity to improve business performance.
In addition to the above activities, grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor also take advantage of the leadership of Party committees (where there is a Party organization) to coordinate with enterprises to organize the "May Dialogue" Program between employers and employees with the content: Salary, bonus, overtime, shift meals, occupational safety and hygiene work, and welfare.
