On March 26, the Can Tho City Electronic Information Portal reported that the Standing Vice Chairman of the Can Tho City People's Committee, Mr. Duong Tan Hien, signed and issued Decision No. 707/QD-UBND on approving the results of the invitation to interest in the project "Social housing in Can Tho Trade Union Institution Area".
According to the decision, out of a total of 4 projects registration documents, 3 documents have fully met the conditions for invitation to interest, including: Documents of TECCO Southern Corporation Joint Stock Company, Documents of Terra GOLD Vietnam Joint Stock Company, and Documents of the Joint Venture of Khang Nam Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company - Viet Quang No. 1 Construction Joint Stock Company.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to take full responsibility for the results of the assessment of the project registration dossier "Social housing in Can Tho Trade Union Institution Area" to ensure correctness and completeness according to the procedures prescribed by law. At the same time, the results of the dossier assessment are publicly available on the Department of Finance's website and on the National Bidding Network in accordance with current regulations.
The City People's Committee also assigned the Department of Finance to prepare and submit to competent authorities for approval the "Tracking table of progress of investor selection activities" for the above project, ensuring full content according to the provisions of Article 12 of Decree No. 115/2024/ND-CP dated September 16, 2024 of the Government and relevant legal regulations. Guiding and supporting the bidding party (O Mon District People's Committee) on the order, procedures and related work during the widespread bidding process to select investors to implement the project in accordance with current regulations.
The City People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of O Mon District to be the bidding party, organize a public bidding to select investors to implement the above project, ensuring compliance with the provisions at Point a, Clause 1, Article 43 of Decree No. 115/2024/ND-CP dated September 16, 2024 of the Government, and at the same time properly perform the responsibilities of the bidding party as prescribed in Article 79 of the 2023 Bidding Law and related legal provisions. If necessary, the bidding party will proactively coordinate with the Department of Finance, the Department of Construction, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and related units to carry out the task to ensure compliance with regulations.
The Department of Construction, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and related units, will base on their functions, tasks and related legal regulations, coordinate with the Inviting Party in the process of organizing bidding to select investors to implement the project, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
