On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, the central mass organizations, Mr. Do Van Chien, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Unions, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has just signed the Action Program No. 01 to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, December 22, 2024 of the National Politburo, the Number of Technology and Technology.
The promulgation of the Action Program is to unify the perception of the position, role and importance of scientific and technological development, innovation and digital conversion in the new era - the era of the nation; Mastering the guiding views, objectives, tasks and main solutions stated in the Resolution; clearly identify the responsibilities and political determination of the Party committees in the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, the central organizations, the responsibility of the Front staff, socio -political organizations, mass associations at all levels and people, especially the heads, cadres and party members in the implementation and organization of the implementation of the Resolution.
The implementation and implementation process must be regular, continuous, focusing on actual actions, avoiding forms and coordinating closely to ensure uniformity in direction and implementation; associated with the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress of the Party and the instructions, resolutions and conclusions of the Central Government and the Resolution of the National Congress of the National Fatherland Front of Vietnam.
The action program focuses on 5 key tasks:
Strengthen propaganda and mobilization work, raise awareness, responsibility, innovate thinking, create a new momentum among members, union members, association members and people on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
Promote digital transformation, innovation and application of science and technology, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations.
Preside over and coordinate the organization and actively promote and participate in emulation movements to contribute to the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
Promote the role of social supervision and criticism, improve the quality and effectiveness of participation in law-making, mechanisms and policies on the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
Build human resources with professional qualifications in science and technology to meet the requirements in the organization and operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass associations.
From the above key contents, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations set out a number of specific tasks in 2025, including: Building and opening a website and propaganda section on the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation on the website of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations at the Central level.
At the same time, implementing the following contents: Advising the establishment of the Steering Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, the central organizations on scientific and technological development, innovation and digital transformation; formulating and promulgating regulations on the responsibility of the leader directly in charge, directing the implementation of scientific and technological development tasks, innovation and transformation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, central agencies of socio -political organizations, mass associations; Formulating and promulgating specific plans on scientific and technological development, innovation innovation and digital conversion in the annual work plan and plan of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, central agencies of socio -political organizations, mass associations; Developing digital data for the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio -political organizations, mass associations with a number of specific tasks.
Research on the application of digital technology in implementing campaigns and emulation movements launched and implemented by the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations, including research on the application of digital technology in implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods". Research on organizing the movement "Predatory party members, cadres, and civil servants in science and technology". Strengthen the application of digital technology to organize effective mobilization and lung regulation of relief sources, support people affected by natural disasters, floods, epidemics, disasters... nationwide.
Focusing on commenting and organizing social criticisms for the draft laws amended, supplemented and approved such as the Law on Science and Technology; State budget law; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Digital Technology Industry Law; The Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Quality Products and Goods ... and legal documents related to scientific and technological development, innovation and digital transformation.
Develop a plan and organize training courses, introduce basic knowledge about digital transformation to leaders, cadres, civil servants, public employees of the Fatherland Front agencies, and Central organizations. Actively participate in conferences, seminars, and seminars on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation development to exchange experiences and raise awareness of digital transformation.
Along with that, an inspection and supervision plan will be developed by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
