On August 9, Working Group No. 5 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation coordinated with accompanying units to organize health check-ups for union members and workers in Vung Tau ward.
Union members and workers in Vung Tau are undergoing basic screening and tests according to regulations. In case of disease detection, they will be consulted and introduced to specialized hospitals for treatment. As a result, 311 union members and workers in the area have received health care from the Trade Union.
According to the Working Group No. 5 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, the implementation of health checks for union members and workers in Vung Tau is an activity within the health care plan for 1 million union members and workers in Ho Chi Minh City; the joint plan on implementing periodic health checks for workers and workers in Ho Chi Minh City in 2026.

In 2 days, August 8 and 9, 1,331 union members and workers (including 741 men and 590 women) in Vung Tau and neighboring wards (Tam Thang, Rach Dua) were provided with health care. It is expected that in August 2026, the unit will continue to implement health check-ups for more than 1,700 union members and workers in the eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City.
