On June 16, information from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that thanks to promoting propaganda, mobilization and development of union members, trade union levels in Khanh Hoa province have achieved many positive results in expanding trade union organizations in enterprises, especially the non-state sector.
As a result, in the peak month of union member development in May 2026, trade union levels newly established 30 grassroots trade unions, admitting 3,529 union members.
According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, trade union levels regularly survey and grasp the situation of businesses and workers in units that have not yet established trade union organizations.
On that basis, develop a plan to propagate and mobilize workers to join the Trade Union organization; and at the same time support the establishment of grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) at eligible enterprises.
To create a strong change in organizational development, the Provincial Labor Federation has issued a plan on deploying the "Peak Month for developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions; introducing outstanding trade union members to the Party".
At the same time, issue a project on developing trade union members in non-state-owned enterprises in the period 2026 - 2030 to be implemented synchronously throughout the province.
In addition to union member development, trade union levels also pay attention to guiding activities for newly established grassroots trade unions and units that still face difficulties, contributing to improving the quality of trade union activities at the grassroots level.
Among the newly established units, the Trade Union of Tran Thai Cam Ranh Joint Stock Company officially launched in May 2026, marking a new step in the work of gathering employees into the Trade Union organization.
With 272 union members, representatives of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Tran Thai Cam Ranh Joint Stock Company said that the establishment of the grassroots trade union is an important milestone, showing the concern of the upper-level Trade Union organization for the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
