The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Da Nang has just announced the results of a survey on the salary and bonus situation for Tet 2024 and Tet At Ty 2025 of enterprises in the area. Accordingly, the highest Lunar New Year bonus this year reached 700 million VND, an impressive figure from the private enterprise sector.
To date, 135 businesses have reported on their 2024 salary and Tet bonus situation. The highest salary that employees received this year was VND 369,450,000/month, belonging to foreign-invested enterprises. In contrast, the lowest salary recorded was VND 4.3 million/month.
Regarding Tet bonuses, the highest bonus for the Lunar New Year is 223 million VND, also in the foreign-invested enterprise sector, while the lowest is 100,000 VND. Regarding Lunar New Year bonuses, besides the highest bonus of 700 million VND, the lowest bonus recorded is 200,000 VND.
The Da Nang Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs said that although the highest bonus for an individual is not as high as last year, the average bonus in the city this year has tended to increase. This shows that businesses have made great efforts in production and business and maintaining the lives of workers.
The Department representative also emphasized that the City Party Committee and People's Committee always closely direct and care about the rights of workers. In addition to Tet bonuses, many businesses also have Tet care activities for workers, showing special concern for the lives of employees at the end of the year.
