Since the beginning of 2025, Khanh Hoa Employment Service Center has organized 138 job fairs. Of which, there were 99 online sessions, attracting 647 businesses and nearly 4,600 workers to participate.
As a result, more than 3,800 people were interviewed, 530 people were admitted or invited to the next recruitment. The center has also provided job counseling to more than 24,500 people and successfully introduced jobs to more than 3,300 workers.
The work of sending workers to work abroad under contracts continued to be promoted, with 509 people having left the country in the year.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs - said that the province has deployed the DOLAB-JICA platform, helping workers access job information abroad transparently and conveniently, limiting the situation through intermediaries.
Along with that, Khanh Hoa built a job database associated with the National Population Database, and operated the electronic information page thongtinvieclamkhanhhoa.vn and an online job exchange.
This system helps workers easily find suitable job opportunities, while supporting businesses in recruiting effectively, improving transparency and connectivity in the labor market.
These efforts show that Khanh Hoa is focusing on developing a highly connected labor market, adapting quickly to fluctuations, gradually forming a digital labor ecosystem. The labor structure has shifted positively, the employment rate has increased stably, while the unemployment rate remains low.
