Communication about social insurance policies in Khanh Hoa needs to be flexible and diverse in approaches

Khanh Hoa - Communication work on social insurance and health insurance policies must be flexible, effective and suitable to actual conditions in each locality.

On November 9, Khanh Hoa Social Insurance said that by the end of September 2025, the whole province had 269,801 people participating in compulsory social insurance, reaching 125.52% of the plan assigned by the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and Provincial People's Committee; 29,500 people participating in voluntary social insurance, reaching 51.02% of the plan; and 258,953 people participating in unemployment insurance, reaching 118.85% of the plan.

Social insurance at the grassroots level is required to base on the target of developing participants in each locality, each commune and ward to develop a specific communication plan close to reality.

The propaganda focuses on target groups such as: workers, employers in enterprises, freelance workers, business owners, farmers, students, etc.

On that basis, each unit must study the professional characteristics, income and living conditions of each group to select appropriate content and form of propaganda, improving reach and persuasion efficiency.

In addition to regular communication channels such as articles, infographics, video clips posted on electronic information portals, industry social networks or grassroots communication loudspeaker systems, the provincial Social Insurance requires grassroots units to increase the organization of direct communication activities aimed at people and businesses.

Specifically: conference to promote, consult, and dialogue at enterprises, industrial parks, and residential areas; launching ceremony, mobile propaganda by car or motorbike with a loudspeaker; integrating social insurance media booths at major events, fairs, and local festivals.

Organize small-group communication in villages and residential groups, take advantage of the crowd effect of groups of 3-5 people to increase interaction; organize online communication conferences (livestreams) to expand reach.

At the same time, units need to promote visual communication forms such as hanging banners, billboards, posters, distributing leaflets, flyers, electronic signs, etc.

At the same time, continue to guide people to install and use the application "VssID - Digital Social Insurance", making it convenient to look up, track the process of participating and enjoying social insurance and health insurance regimes.
