Inauguration of complex center for 10,000 workers in Dong Nai

Dong Nai - Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd. has just inaugurated a complex center for all workers - about 10,000 people.

On October 2, a representative of Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach District) said that it had officially put into use the GWP Center complex (abbreviation of Great Work Place) to serve the entertainment and relaxation needs of employees and many other amenities.

GWP Center includes functional rooms such as: Union Room - Party cell meeting room, Legal aid room, Supermarket, Entertainment room, Medical room and Food distribution area for employees.

In particular, the Recreation Room is a place that receives much attention and anticipation from employees, equipped with chess tables, Chinese chess, foosball tables, table tennis, and hammocks. The Mini Supermarket area will sell essential items at affordable prices, helping employees reduce shopping time after a day of work.

For the remaining departments, the company also ensures that there are union officials and department staff on duty regularly to listen to and answer questions from employees about policies and regimes, provide psychological counseling and health care for workers and laborers.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the representative of the Board of Directors of Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd. proudly said that this is a great step forward for the company in bringing a modern working space and showing concern and care for the spiritual life of workers and laborers.

This has strongly affirmed the company's commitment to creating a great working environment for employees in Nhon Trach district, and at the same time, it is hoped that the amenities that Centre GWP brings will help employees and workers continue to stick with and contribute to the company for a long time in the coming years.

According to the union representative, the leather shoe processing company currently has about 10,000 employees.
