Vietnam Electricity Trade Union has deployed and implemented Workers' Month activities in 2025 according to specific and practical contents suitable to the actual production and business conditions of Vietnam Electricity Group.
Workers' Month 2025 is implemented by trade unions at all levels in the Group with many exciting, meaningful and practical tasks aimed at union members and workers. This is not only an opportunity to show gratitude to workers but also strongly affirms the pioneering role of the working class in the new era - the era of national growth.
The Trade Unions at all levels have coordinated with the professional sector to successfully organize Workers' conferences; Dialogue conferences; organize the "Party with Workers - Workers with the Party" Forum with statistics of 200 units organized with the participation and response of over 28,141 union members and workers at units in the Group. The Trade Unions at all levels also organized to commend 1,392 outstanding workers, safety and hygiene workers, outstanding officers and union members... on the occasion of Workers' Month 2025 with a total amount of over 2.4 billion VND.
During Workers' Month, the whole industry had over 1,530 gifts presented to workers in difficulty, serious illnesses, and work-related accidents with a total amount of VND 4.2 billion; visited over 200 collectives in remote, isolated, border, and island areas, and visited key projects with a total amount of VND 6.9 billion.
Vietnam Electricity Trade Union organized delegations to visit and encourage Workers' Month activities at 32 grassroots units and visit workers in especially difficult circumstances with an amount of 2.3 billion VND.
For their efforts in organizing Workers' Month activities, 26 collectives and 28 individuals were awarded.
