The contents in applying digital transformation and scientific and technological innovation are prioritized in enterprises, including solutions for applying scientific and technological advances and stabilizing labor. In 2023, the company will focus on investing in management software: WFX, Hris, E- Office; apply GTAS to the entire PPJ ecosystem, operate synchronously to reduce time, control data, track quickly... to help the decision-making process be quick and accurate. The production system focuses on investing in the application of automatic technology equipment, raw materials, fuel, waste reduction, resources such as water, electricity, chemicals, etc.
Along with technology are creative labor movements and innovation initiatives in production. The company has more than 900 technical innovation initiatives participating in the 1 million initiatives program of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and 32 outstanding individuals in the movement. From these initiatives, the productivity of units is constantly increasing, reaching an average of 5% to 7%, quality is always guaranteed to be maintained. Or like Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ha - technical staff of Phong Phu Long An Garment Export Factory has continuously researched and improved operations for many consecutive years, reduced processing time, increased productivity, and brought in a profit of more than 300 million VND in the 3 years 2023-2025, with a total reward of 28 million VND.
Here, the role of the Trade Union in organizing emulation movements can be clearly seen, contributing to improving labor productivity of enterprises. The Trade Union launched an annual emulation movement "Increasing Productivity - Ensuring Quality - Promoting Technical Improvement Initiatives" to attract the participation of all employees in the unit, with an average annual bonus of more than 300,000,000 VND.

To organize training for factory management teams under the program "Training, fostering to improve qualifications and adaptive capacity for cadres, union members and workers in 2025" of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union, the Phong Phu International Joint Stock Company Trade Union registered 4 classes in the Ho Chi Minh and Nha Trang areas.
