Mr. La Thanh Tung - Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Employment Service Center - said that 2025, in the context of an increasingly open foreign labor market, promises to be a bright year for Vietnamese workers in general and workers in Ninh Binh province in particular.
Traditional labor receiving markets such as Taiwan (China), Japan, South Korea... continue to be maintained stably, receiving a large number of Vietnamese workers. Many new markets exploited in Europe have also opened doors for Vietnamese workers in general, and workers in Ninh Binh province in particular such as Germany, Bulgaria, Rumani, etc.
Since the beginning of 2025, the Ninh Binh Provincial Employment Service Center has promoted propaganda work in many forms to provide useful information on labor export to the grassroots, to the demobilized military forces. Units operating in the field of labor export have also quickly approached and sought opportunities from new markets in Europe to bring opportunities to workers.
Thereby, creating conditions for workers to access information and choose suitable markets. Major programs such as: Japanese Technical Internship, Japanese Nursing Clinic, Federal Republic of Germany... are spread to communes, wards, and residential areas. Along with that, Ninh Binh province focuses on creating a labor source for export. Standards have been improved in quality and skills to guide workers to "difficult" but high-income markets.
One of the effective solutions to attract skilled human resources to participate in the world labor market is to exploit labor resources in vocational training institutions. Schools are the bridge, the best and most accurate channel to support information for students about the labor export market. This direction is gradually affirming its suitability and attracting the attention of students and parents. Vocational training institutions have also promoted the effectiveness of this direction, aiming to bring job opportunities with good salaries to more students" - Mr. La Thanh Tung - Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Employment Service Center - said.
