Ninh Binh province has merged the Department of Finance with the Department of Planning and Investment into the Department of Finance; the Department of Construction with the Department of Transport into the Department of Construction; the Department of Science and Technology with the Department of Information and Communications into the Department of Science and Technology; the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment into the Department of Agriculture and Environment; the Department of Home Affairs with the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs into the Department of Home Affairs.
Today (January 1), the above departments will officially come into operation. The headquarters of the departments are arranged as follows: The Department of Construction has its head office at No. 15, Tran Hung Dao Street, Dong Thanh Ward, Hoa Lu City (headquarters of the old Department of Construction). The headquarters of the Department of Transport is currently located on Nguyen Bac Street, Ninh Khanh Ward, Hoa Lu City, based on the functions and tasks of the departments, offices and affiliated units, the Department of Construction will arrange and assign appropriately.
The head office of the Department of Finance (after merging the Department of Finance with the Department of Planning and Investment) will be located at the headquarters of the old Department of Finance and will be arranged with the headquarters of the Irrigation Sub-Department on Tran Hung Dao Street, Dong Thanh Ward, Hoa Lu City.
The headquarters of the Department of Science and Technology (after merging the Department of Science and Technology with the Department of Information and Communications) will use the headquarters of the Department of Planning and Investment on Le Hong Phong Street, Van Giang Ward, Hoa Lu City. At the same time, the Ninh Binh Provincial Data Integrating Center under the old Department of Information and Communications on Pham Van Nghi Street, Dong Thanh Ward, Hoa Lu City was used.
The headquarters of the Department of Agriculture and Environment uses the headquarters of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of the old village on Le Hong Phong Street, Van Giang Ward, Hoa Lu City and the operating facilities of public service units under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. At the same time, the headquarters of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on Trinh Tu Street, Ninh Nhat Commune, Hoa Lu City and the headquarters of the Department of Information and Communications (except for the housing and land area of the Ninh Binh Provincial Data integration Center) on Pham Van Nghi Street, Dong Thanh Ward, Hoa Lu City will be used.
The headquarters of the Department of Home Affairs (after merging the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs with the Department of Home Affairs) will use the headquarters of the Department of Home Affairs and receive the headquarters of the old Department of Science and Technology on Tran Hung Dao Street, Dong Thanh Ward, Hoa Lu City.
