Accordingly, the Thach That District Labor Federation has established 2 Inspection Teams led by the District Labor Federation's leaders to inspect, evaluate, and score 148 cultural agencies, units, and enterprises in 2024.
The results show that in general, the units have built plans and implemented synchronously among workers and employees such as focusing on organizing emulation movements well, motivating cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to enthusiastically compete, work creatively, and perform well their assigned tasks; building a professional, civilized, green, clean, and beautiful working environment, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene.
Units also organize material care, cultural, artistic and sports activities outside working hours to improve health and encourage the spirit of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
During the inspection, the Inspection Team discussed and clarified the achieved results as well as limitations, analyzed the causes, lessons learned in the implementation process and proposed solutions and directions for improvement in the coming time.
At the end of the inspection, the Thach That District Labor Federation proposed that the Hanoi City Labor Federation consider 140 units, including 136 agencies, units and 4 enterprises that are eligible to be recognized as agencies, units and enterprises meeting cultural standards for the period 2023 - 2024.
This activity is organized to improve the quality of the model "Agencies, units, and enterprises meeting cultural standards" as the core to build a grassroots cultural life among workers and civil servants in the capital.
