Female union presidents are dedicated to workers

Despite her young age, for many years, Ms. Hanh has been both the Head of Human Resources and the President of the Company's Trade Union and has always completed all assigned tasks well, making the company a bright spot in trade union activities in the province. In addition to ensuring strict implementation of policies for union members and employees, Ms. Hanh advised the company's leaders to organize honors for union members and employees who have contributed to the company for over 10 years and over 15 years, with a total amount of 300 - 500 million VND/year.
At SH International Company Limited (in Thuy Son Industrial Park, Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province), which operates in the garment industry, there are about 500 employees working here.

Actively foster professional skills for union presidents
According to statistics from the Thai Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, the whole province has 1,632 grassroots trade unions, including 450 grassroots trade unions in the enterprise sector and 1,182 grassroots trade unions in the administrative and public service sector. 100% of grassroots trade union chairmen are part-time officials.
Mr. Hoang The Tranh - Head of the Organization and Inspection Department of Thai Binh Provincial Labor Federation - said that in order to foster skills and expertise for the team of grassroots union chairmen, every year, the Organization and Inspection Department has advised the leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation to develop plans, projects, and training programs for grassroots union officials.
Typical examples include the project to train grassroots trade union officials for the 2024-2028 period, the project to improve the quality and efficiency of grassroots trade union and grassroots trade union officials in non-state enterprises, the program to improve the quality and efficiency of trade union officials in the new situation... In the 2018-2024 period, more than 40,000 trade union officials at all levels were trained in trade union work with a total cost of over 5 billion VND...
