Mr. Trinh Xuan Luong graduated from university with a major in petrochemical refining. In 2017, Mr. Luong returned to work at Phu My Dams Factory.
Starting from the on-site operation position, directly exposed to equipment and production lines, Mr. Luong was trusted to take on the position of DCS operating engineer - a central control system. Here, modern equipment, complicated processes, and every operation must be precise in every detail.
The huge amount of knowledge makes Mr. Luong sometimes feel pressured. Thanks to the perseverance, openness to the glow, and enthusiastic guidance of his former colleagues, Mr. Luong has gradually mastered each operating button and each process. Another important thing is that Mr. Luong has learned to listen to abnormalities from within the system.
Mr. Trinh Xuan Luong's maturity is not only his working time but also his hard work, constant learning and exploring in his expertise to improve his work.
He always actively observes, discovers unreasonable points in the process and proposes improvements. In 2024, Mr. Luong has the initiative "Purge 10-Hters after maintenance" - a solution to help protect contact and significantly shorten the time to hand over equipment after maintenance. The initiative was quickly recognized as a factory-level project and put into practice.
Mr. Luong said that every time an initiative is approved and applied, he feels more confident. This is a very sincere feeling because Mr. Luong feels that he has contributed to the collective where he works.
Despite being a person with many initiatives and was honored with the "young young worker nationwide" in 2025, Trinh Xuan Luong was always humble.
According to Mr. Luong, he is just a small link in the entire filming process. The achievements are thanks to the support, encouragement and inspiration of the brothers in the group. Therefore, Mr. Luong always hopes to contribute to adding spirit to young engineers new to the profession...
