In which, Petrovietnam Trade Union launched the " Oil and Gas Innovation" Program. This is not just an emulation movement but also demonstrates a strong commitment to innovation in thinking, creativity in action, adding energy to the process of overcoming difficulties and sustainable development.
With the goal of the movement of striving to achieve at least 5,000 initiatives, ideas and solutions in the period of 2024-2028, in the first year alone, 1,200 initiatives and movements are truly spreading strongly throughout the industry.
The highlight of this movement is the spirit of "practic, informal emulation", with the requirement that each initiative is not only technically innovative but also must create clear efficiency in production, management, operation and trade union activities.
It can be a solution to save production costs in the context of fluctuating oil prices, a new management model to improve labor productivity, or a creative union organization method, close to reality and suitable for each unit.
The program emphasizes the central role of workers in the innovation process. Every idea, no matter how small, every initiative, no matter the level, is respected, recognized and associated with specific and reasonable incentive policies.
This is a humane highlight, demonstrating the openness, concern and appreciation of the intelligence of workers in the industry.
