A special event has just taken place in Nam Phuoc commune, Da Nang city. That is, Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union in coordination with the Commune Youth Union organized the Forum "Youth Startups and Career Creation in the Digital Age - Connecting Ideas, Accompanying Development" and launched the "Counseling Group to Support Youth Startups and Career Creation in Nam Phuoc commune in 2026".
Especially because for a long time, the Trade Union organization often only "finds jobs" for its union members and workers, and this is the first time in Da Nang that a commune-level Trade Union organization has initiated and proactively coordinated with the Youth Union to find jobs for people in general.
Ms. Lam Thi Vy - Chairwoman of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union - said that in the context of the labor and employment situation having many fluctuations, Trade Union activities now do not only stop at caring, but need to proactively participate in solving the problem of employment, livelihoods, and stabilizing life for union members and workers in particular and for people in general. Especially for young people, especially rural youth, young workers after graduation or job transfer, the need to be career-oriented, access labor market information, practice skills and connect with businesses is very necessary and urgent.
Also at the Forum "Youth Startups and Career Creation in the Digital Age - Connecting Ideas, Accompanying Development", Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union and Youth Union also launched a very good model, "Heo dat dong hanh supporting youth startups and overcoming difficulties" at 37 youth union branches directly under Nam Phuoc Commune Youth Union. The model aims to mobilize union members and youth to participate in saving, voluntary contributions, create internal resources to support youth in difficult circumstances, youth overcoming difficulties, youth with suitable startup and career development ideas; and at the same time call for the joint efforts of businesses, organizations, and individuals to accompany the youth of the commune.
The model "Heo Dat accompanying and supporting youth in starting businesses and overcoming difficulties" is a continuation and replication of the model "Heo Dat Trade Union - Accompanying and sharing" launched by Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union to 20 grassroots trade unions directly under it. "I believe that, with the spirit of "each union member a small job, each youth union branch a practical action", the model "Heo Dat accompanying and supporting youth in starting businesses and overcoming difficulties" will be effectively implemented, spreading the spirit of sharing, arousing the will to rise up, start businesses, and start a career among union members and youth" - Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan - Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Phuoc commune, Secretary of the Youth Union of Nam Phuoc commune said.
