On the afternoon of July 26, a delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor led by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at the Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery, Anh Son commune, Nghe An province.
The delegation included Mr. Kha Van Tam - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation; and members of the working delegation.
In a sacred and solemn atmosphere, the delegates respectfully offered flowers, incense and observed a minute of silence, remembering the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who bravely sacrificed themselves for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the noble international duty.
Before the spirits of the heroic martyrs, the working delegation expressed deep gratitude to the outstanding children of the nation who spared no blood and bones, contributing to creating peace, independence and a prosperous and happy life today.
The incense offering activity is an opportunity for Vietnam Trade Union officials to continue to promote the tradition of "Drinking water, remembering the source", "Gratitude"; and at the same time educate today's generation about the responsibility of preserving, building and protecting the Fatherland.
Each incense stick lit is a sincere gratitude, reminding generations of officials, union members, and workers to continue to unite, strive to contribute, worthy of the noble sacrifice of the heroic martyrs.
