Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Vu Anh Duc - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour - said that the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour has the characteristic of being a Party Committee leading Party work in the specialized Trade Union agency and non-business units, enterprises of the Trade Union organization.
The team of Party committee members and Party cell secretaries at units must both successfully complete political tasks and professional tasks, and should also bear the responsibility of being the ones who directly concretize the Party's guidelines and resolutions into life.
The leadership and professional capacity of the comrades directly determines the combat strength of each party cell. In the context after the Party Congress for the term 2025-2030, there are many new comrades participating in grassroots Party committees and party cell committees for the first time, so it is very necessary to be equipped with basic knowledge and foundations on Party building work" - Deputy Standing Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor shared.
Also according to comrade Vu Anh Duc, Party building work today requires increasing professionalism, methodicalness and compliance with regulations. Many new regulations and guidelines on inspection and supervision, on party member management and on digital transformation in Party work have been issued.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour said that in terms of documents, all contents have been fully compiled from organizational work, propaganda, mass mobilization, inspection and supervision to the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation. In addition, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour also invited experienced reporters to convey directly.
The training class only takes place for a short time with 3 major topics including: Topic on inspection and supervision work; topic on guiding the implementation of quarterly evaluation of leaders and managers; topic on implementing 4 administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
These are very practical contents that we will have to implement immediately. Therefore, I request lecturers and students to promote the spirit of responsibility, focus on listening. In the process of exchanging and researching documents, if there are any practical problems arising at the unit, it is necessary to clarify and boldly exchange directly with lecturers" - Deputy Standing Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour emphasized.
