Lao Cai - The Provincial Federation of Labor has just opened a legal knowledge training course for union officials.

On April 3, Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with the Institute of International Training, fostering and Cooperation - Trade Union University to open a legal knowledge training course for trade union officials.

The training and fostering course "Llegal knowledge for trade union officials" will take place over 3 days. The training and development contents must be practical, close to practical requirements, and not dispersed.

This is a short-term training and development period, of great significance. Students must perform well the classroom's regulations, while actively exchanging and discussing the contents assigned by the lecturer.

At the same time, it is also an opportunity for cadres in the industry to share good experiences, good practices, remove difficulties and obstacles in trade union activities to effectively apply them to trade union work at each agency and unit.

Through this training and fostering class, all full-time union officials in the entire system will be equipped with more knowledge and skills to contribute to improving professional expertise, helping union officials have a deep understanding of the law, better grasp the content, methods and forms of operation of the union organization in the new situation.

Thereby, helping union officials have skills and experience in organizing practical activities to represent, care for, and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building a union organization to meet the tasks in the new situation.
