Even in a job position, there are rapid changes due to the impact of AI and the application of new technology techniques.
"Workers have a new awareness of work and they are very dynamic and flexible. Many people change jobs to find more suitable jobs, whether in other types of businesses or creating jobs themselves as long as they are effective. The enterprise has had solutions to attract and promote the capacity of employees, paying more attention to employees, especially salary - income policies and social security. The labor market information system has created good conditions for workers and employers to access and use it, the activities of the employment service center system have actively supported the labor market...", said Mr. Le Quang Trung.
