In which, strengthening cultural and sports activities, skills training and completing professional development for Trade Union officials. Along with that, attaching responsibility to each Executive Committee member and Trade Union group; taking the effectiveness of representation, care, level of participation and satisfaction of union members and workers as a measure of activity quality.

Speaking to direct at the model launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of Hai Phong City Labor Federation proposed that the Company's Trade Union focus on three orientations: improving the quality of representation, caring for and protecting workers. Collective labor agreements reach type A but still need to be continuously reviewed and supplemented from new needs arising from workers; focusing on salaries, meals, allowances, working hours, rest, health and working conditions.
Trade unions invest in improving the qualifications, skills and cultural and spiritual life of workers to suit the characteristics of shift work, creating a positive, united and close working environment in the enterprise.

In addition, the trade union focuses on bringing the movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" into depth and substance, encouraging workers to propose initiatives from their own job positions; valuable initiatives must be recognized and commended accordingly.
To help the company's trade union successfully implement the model, the City Labor Federation assigned the Industrial Park Trade Union Board to monitor and support the limited contents of the Wayne Trade Union. The Company's Board of Directors continues to pay attention to and create conditions for the Company's Trade Union to effectively implement the contents of the model; thereby contributing to building a team of skilled and disciplined workers, improving productivity, quality and competitiveness of the Company in the coming years.
