The car was carrying patient Bui Ngoc B (born in 1942, residing in Phuong Doi village, Kien Thuy commune, Hai Phong) who had a serious health incident and needed to be quickly taken to the hospital for emergency treatment at a peak traffic hour.
Recognizing the urgent situation, Task Force No. 21 immediately reported to the commander, using specialized vehicles to turn on priority signals, quickly open the road, and regulate traffic to help the patient transport vehicle move smoothly and safely.
Thanks to the timely support and sense of responsibility of Task Force No. 21, the patient was taken to Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital for doctors to provide timely emergency care.

Determining that protecting people's lives was paramount, the two officers and soldiers quickly used specialized vehicles, broadcasting horn signals and priority lights to guide the car carrying the patient.
The working group quickly brought the patient to Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital safely in the "golden time", helping the patient to be promptly rescued by doctors and overcome the critical condition.
