According to the Decision, Hoang The Thien Primary, Secondary and High School was established on the basis of receiving the original Hermann Gmeiner High School in Hai Phong, headquartered at 543 Nguyen Binh Khiem, Dong Hai ward, Hai Phong. This is a public high school with many levels of education, including primary, secondary and high school, directly under the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong City.
The establishment of Hoang The Thien Primary, Secondary and High School is a continuation of the foundation built at Hermann Gmeiner High School in Hai Phong. The school inherits all rights, obligations, legal responsibilities, records, documents, staff, assets and other legitimate rights and obligations of the old school; and at the same time ensures the right to continuous learning of students, and educational activities are maintained stably and without interruption.
In the new journey, Hoang The Thien Primary, Secondary and High School is tasked with organizing educational activities according to the general education program, ensuring quality and educational goals; focusing on forming and developing students' qualities and abilities and ensuring articulation between levels of education.
