The signing of a cooperation agreement with CEP helps the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation increase resources to support financial safety for workers.

On April 18, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation said that Task Force No. 9 under the Provincial Labor Federation had just held a conference to summarize trade union activities in the first quarter of 2026, deploying directions and tasks for the second quarter of 2026 with many key contents related to the work of caring for union members and developing organizations.

Attending and directing the conference was Mr. Tran Le Duy - Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation. The conference attracted a large number of grassroots trade union officials to attend, showing a sense of responsibility in building an increasingly strong trade union organization.

According to the report at the conference, in the first quarter of 2026, trade union levels under Working Group No. 9 effectively implemented many activities to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time focused on developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions, contributing to expanding the scope of representation of trade union organizations at enterprises.

Speaking to direct, Mr. Tran Le Duy acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved in the past time; and at the same time requested trade union levels to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the effectiveness of caring for the lives of union members and workers; strengthen the development of union members and establish grassroots trade unions in the non-state business sector.

Within the framework of the program, CEP Microfinance Organization has signed a coordination regulation with the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation to strengthen the implementation of safe and effective financial support programs for union members and workers. This activity is expected to contribute to limiting black credit, helping workers access legal capital sources to serve life and production.

The conference also conducted a preliminary review of 3 years of implementing the project for trade unions to participate in preventing and combating black credit through CEP microfinance activities. Practice shows that the program has supported many union members to access appropriate capital sources, contributing to stabilizing jobs and improving lives.

Through the conference, units exchanged experiences, shared good models, effective ways of doing things, creating unity in implementing tasks in the coming time. Thereby, continuing to affirm the role of trade union organizations in caring for and protecting workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in Tay Ninh province.
