According to the report at the conference, in the first quarter of 2026, trade union levels in the province have implemented many practical activities to care for union members and workers, notably the programs "Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude to the Party", "Trade Union Tet Market", "Trade Union Year-End Meal", "Year-End Meeting at Boarding Houses", "Trade Union Bus - Spring 2026".
Through these activities, about 180,000 union members and workers in difficult circumstances were supported with a total budget of more than 109 billion VND.
In addition, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation also organized visits and gifts to officials and soldiers in border areas in 8 communes in the province with a total budget of 400 million VND.

In parallel with care work, trade union levels continue to promote legal propaganda, launch patriotic emulation movements; promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to stabilizing labor relations at the grassroots level.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Ms. Pham Thi Quyen - Vice President of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation proposed that trade union levels continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical and effective direction; improve the quality of care for union members and workers; proactively grasp the labor relations situation at the grassroots level.
In the second quarter of 2026, trade union levels are required to focus on promoting emulation movements; strengthen propaganda and dissemination of laws; develop union members, and build strong trade union organizations.
At the conference, CEP Microfinance Organization Can Duoc branch also propagated the content of preventing and combating black credit among workers and laborers.
On this occasion, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to the grassroots Trade Union of the Can Giuoc Regional Health Center for its good achievements in union member development in the peak emulation campaign in 2025.
