At the conference, delegates gave their opinions on many important contents under the authority of the Standing Committee such as emulation and reward work, the working program of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee in 2025.
Delegates basically agreed with the framework of the working program of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee, adding content on local political tasks associated with the celebration of major holidays in 2025.
Evaluating the activities of the Standing Committee, between the two meetings of the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee, delegates highly appreciated the direction and management of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee in 2024. The Standing Committee and the Standing Committee have many innovations; focusing on leadership, direction, development and early implementation of Plans, closely following the policies of the General Confederation and Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, clearly identifying key key contents, in accordance with the practical conditions of the province and the aspirations of union members and workers.
2024 is the first year of implementing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels, term 2023-2028. The Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor has closely followed the work program and theme of 2024 "Focusing on bringing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels into life; competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union".
The members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor have promoted their assigned roles and responsibilities, actively advised and directed the activities of the areas in charge; contributing to the completion of 17/17 targets assigned by the General Confederation of Labor.
The conference also heard a report on the Inspection and Supervision Plan for 2025. Accordingly, in 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor will focus on supervising 4 contents.
In 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor will focus on reorganizing the system of affiliated trade unions; Continuing to arrange and organize the team of specialized trade union officials to ensure streamlining, effective and efficient operations; innovating training, fostering, and improving the capacity of trade union officials to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Focusing on developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions to attract workers to trade union organizations.
The conference also heard the announcement of the approval of the planning of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023-2028 term; the 2028-2033 term of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and introduced additional members of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor for the 19th term, 2023-2028 term.
