The support fund is taken from the 2025 trade union financial source of the Son La Provincial Federation of Labor.
According to statistics from the People's Committee of Son La province, the impact of storm No. 3 caused Son La province to suffer 5 consecutive heavy rains over a wide area, of which 3 caused serious consequences.
Son La province had 5 houses swept away and many roads in Phung Banh commune were eroded and blocked; National Highway 12 through Bo Sinh, Muong Lam, and Song Ma communes was flooded 1.2-1,6m; some suspension bridges were swept away in Phung Banh, Chieng So, and Muong Lam communes.
The whole province has 14 isolated villages in Phung Banh and Chieng So communes. In particular, the subsidence in Quyet Thang sub-area (Mai Son commune) has affected civil works, causing panic among the people.
Floods and rains have flooded hundreds of hectares of crops. Estimated damage is hundreds of billions of VND.
