The City Labor Federation decided to provide financial support to union members and workers in Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Cao Bang, and Lang Son provinces to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 11 in the amount of: 150 million VND/unit. The support fund is taken from the Trade Union Shelter Fund managed by the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, and disbursed in October 2025.

According to quick information from the provinces, the Department of Dyke Management and Natural Disaster Prevention (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) said that as of 7:00 a.m. on October 11, heavy rain and floods after storm No. 11 had left 18 people dead and missing, and 10 injured. 1,577 houses were damaged and severely damaged, 36,387 hectares of rice and crops were flooded and damaged; 13,054 livestock and 690,229 poultry died and were swept away. Regarding traffic, 20 national highways were blocked due to landslides and flooding, many rural traffic routes were deeply flooded, cut off, causing traffic congestion...
The total estimated damage is 7,050 billion VND 1,050 billion VND Lang Son, Cao Bang 2,000 billion VND, Thai Nguyen 4,000 billion VND). Currently, localities are continuing to review and summarize the damage situation.


Previously, the City Labor Federation supported union members and workers in 6 provinces of Ha Tinh, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Nghe An, Hue, Quang Tri to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10 with an amount of 150,000,000 VND/unit.
