In the face of the complicated developments of storm No. 11 causing flooding in many northern provinces, the People's Committee of Hai Phong city has decided not to organize fireworks displays during the 725th Anniversary of the death of National Hero Tran Hung Dao and the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival in 2025.
With the spirit of "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", the city has agreed to transfer all the funding for fireworks displays worth 1 billion VND from T&T Group Joint Stock Company to support people in flooded areas. This is a gesture that demonstrates a deep sense of humanity, contributing to spreading the message of sharing in the community, especially at a time when many localities are overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.

At the same time, the Organizing Committee of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Festival said that the total number of visitors to the relic site from the 1st to the 22nd of the 8th lunar month in 2025 will reach about 32,500, an increase of 214% over the same period in 2024 (the year affected by Typhoon Yagi) and an increase of 13% compared to 2023. This figure shows the strong attraction of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival, one of the typical cultural and religious events of the Northern Delta.
This year's festival was held solemnly and safely, attracting many visitors from all over the world to attend, to pay tribute to the merits of Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan and to admire the sacred space of the relic complex recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
