The working delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Van Phiet - Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City Labor Federation visited and presented gifts to union members who are children of wounded soldiers and martyrs at Ngo Quyen Medical Center, Hai Dang Tourism Group Joint Stock Company and SITC Dinh Vu Logistics Co., Ltd.
It is known that on this occasion, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation presented gifts to more than 7,000 trade union members who are wounded soldiers, children of wounded soldiers and martyrs who are working and working at agencies, units, and enterprises with grassroots trade union organizations directly under the City Labor Federation. Trade union members who are wounded soldiers and children of martyrs were given gifts worth 500,000 VND/person; trade union members who are children of wounded soldiers were given 300,000 VND/person. Total budget of more than 2.3 billion VND from the city's trade union financial source.
This is a practical activity of the City Trade Union to celebrate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), the 97th anniversary of the Establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026). Through this, to promote the tradition of "When drinking water, remember the source", "Gratitude", and at the same time show the concern and care of the Trade Union organization for union members belonging to policy families and people with meritorious services.
