The exhibition displays 150 images, documents and 10 excerpts and statistics with content including images and documents about President Ho Chi Minh, Party and State leaders through periods with work for wounded soldiers and martyrs. The exhibition also displays documents on outstanding achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Phong city in implementing gratitude policies such as: building and repairing gratitude houses; caring for and supporting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; repairing and renovating martyrs' cemeteries; activities of visiting and giving gifts on the occasion of July 27 every year.
The images and documents at the exhibition also honor typical examples of wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and relatives of martyrs who promote the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", overcome difficulties, rise up in labor, production, economic development and actively contribute to building Hai Phong homeland to become increasingly rich, beautiful, and civilized.
Through the exhibition, the Organizing Committee wishes to contribute to educating revolutionary traditions, fostering patriotism, sense of responsibility of each citizen, especially the young generation, in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland; continuing to promote the good traditions of "When drinking water, remember the source", "Gratitude" of the nation.
The exhibition takes place from now until the end of July 30 at the City Culture, Cinema and Exhibition Center.
