Hai Phong - On October 6, the City Labor Federation launched a campaign for the Peak Month "For the Poor" in 2025.

Implementing Plan No. 14/KH-MTTQ-BTT dated September 26, 2025 on coordinating the implementation of the "For the Poor" Peak Month campaign in 2025, the City Labor Federation launched a campaign to grassroots unions, union members, and workers.

Accordingly, grassroots trade unions focus on propagating the meaning and purpose of the Peak Month "For the Poor", the results have mobilized and supported the poor and workers in difficult circumstances in the past time to organize the City Trade Union at all levels. Along with that, propagate and mobilize cadres, union members, and workers to participate in building the "For the Poor" Fund and social security programs.

The campaign period is from October 17 to November 18, 2025. Location to receive support: Office of the Front agency at the same level or in the locality: directly or transfer to the "For the Poor" fund account of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at that level. The office of the City Fatherland Front Committee (Lot 26, Le Hong Phong, Gia Vien Ward, Hai Phong City) or transfer to the account of the City Fatherland Front Committee, No. 37610100300191046 at the State Treasury of Region III, Hai Phong City.

It is known that in late September and early October 2025, our country was affected by consecutive storms and floods, causing severe consequences for natural disasters in some northern provinces in terms of both human life and property. The implementation, mobilization and response, contributing to the replication of the "For the Poor" fund will be of great significance in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, contributing to supporting and encouraging individuals in difficult circumstances, policy families, poor households, and near-poor households to improve their lives.
