On January 17, Hue City Labor Federation said it had just chaired a working session with Phuong Minh Joint Stock Company and relevant agencies to review the situation of implementing regimes and policies for workers.
At the working session, representatives of Phuong Minh Joint Stock Company committed to completing the payment of December 2025 salary and Lunar New Year 2026 bonuses to employees before Tet. The Tet bonus level is half a month's salary according to each worker's salary grade.
Regarding social insurance obligations, the enterprise commits to implementing the insurance debt repayment roadmap according to the agreement with the social insurance agency. Specifically, the company will transfer 200 million VND to pay health insurance, ensuring the rights to medical examination and treatment for employees. From January 2026, the enterprise will deduct and pay monthly insurance premiums in accordance with regulations.
Also at the working session, the Hue City Labor Federation said that the grassroots Trade Union of Phuong Minh Joint Stock Company will organize a conference to consolidate the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union on January 18, 2026 to stabilize the organization, strengthen the representative role, and protect the rights of workers.
