To carry out the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus, the Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor has decided to dissolve and terminate the activities of 4 trade unions in the following sectors: Agriculture; Education; Construction - Transportation, Health and the provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union.
The grassroots unions will be transferred to the district and city-level Labor Federations for management. At the same time, a new Trade Union of the Provincial Party Agencies Bloc and a Trade Union of the Provincial People's Committee Bloc were established, under the Provincial Federation of Labor.
Regarding the organization of the apparatus, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor merged the Propaganda - Women's Union with the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations into the Department of Professional Affairs.
The leaders of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor also presented the decision to establish a new Professional Committee, the Trade Union of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Trade Union of the Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, the appointment and transfer decisions for the cadres were presented to perfect the organizational structure.
