Vietnam General Confederation of Labor invites consultants to audit union finances

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has just issued a document inviting qualified consulting units and organizations to participate in performing two tasks: making cost estimates for auditing union finances at a number of level 3 union units and comparing union financial collection debts with enterprises and grassroots unions.

The document stated:

Dear consulting units and organizations:

Pursuant to the Law on Trade Unions and the Charter of Vietnam Trade Unions; Law on Bidding No. 22/2023/QH15 dated June 23, 2023; Decree No. 24/2024/ND-CP dated February 27, 2024 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Bidding on contractor selection.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor respectfully invites consulting units and organizations with sufficient capacity and experience to participate in the implementation:

Consulting on cost estimates for auditing union finances at some level 3 union units.

Conduct debt reconciliation on union financial collection for enterprises and grassroots unions.

Time to receive capacity records and consulting quotes.

From February 12, 2025 to February 17, 2025 (during business hours).

Place to receive documents: 8th floor, headquarters of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, 65 Quan Su Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City (at the Finance Department).
