Through these activities, we gradually improve spiritual life, create cohesion between workers and trade union organizations, build harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises; contributing to creating motivation for workers to feel secure in working and long-term attachment to enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Lee Eun Chul - Deputy General Director of the company - expressed that the company's development today has the great contribution of the company's trade union as well as the Provincial Labor Federation. Mr. Thach Van Chung - Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that Bac Ninh province after the merger has achieved great socio-economic achievements. Mr. Thach Van Chung said that recently, the Provincial Labor Federation successfully organized the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030. This is a Congress that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor assesses as a typical congress in the Northern region in terms of organization, program, especially solutions to better care for and protect the rights and interests of union members and workers in the new term.
