On the afternoon of November 9, in Bac Ninh, the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) held a Conference to sign the Regulations on coordination and the Important Coordination Program to strengthen the work of ensuring worker security in the province.
The conference was attended by: Mr. Nguyen Van Bac - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Head of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Doan Duc Han - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor; Ms. Cong Thanh Thao - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Head of the People's Public Security Trade Union; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Son - Head of the Provincial Police Economic Security Department, along with leaders of specialized departments of the People's Public Security Trade Union, the Provincial Police Economic Security Department and the Provincial Labor Federation.

At the Conference, there was a signing ceremony of two important cooperation documents: Signing the Regulations on coordination between the People's Public Security Trade Union and the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation and signing the Coordination Program between the Industrial Park Trade Union Board and the Economic Security Department of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police.

The coordination focuses on caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, supporting the resolution of security and safety issues for workers, propagating and educating the law, preventing crimes and social evils, and organizing emulation movements; coordinating to grasp the situation, exchange information on life, employment, labor disputes, and plots of hostile forces taking advantage of workers' inciting; coordinating to organize and ensure security and safety of activities to care for workers' lives; Coordinate in propagating, developing union members and improving the quality of grassroots union activities; Coordinate in organizing training, education on law, and mobilizing workers to participate in crime prevention and control.

The signing of these two cooperation documents demonstrates the determination of the units in ensuring worker security in the province, contributing to building a strong working class, creating a stable and progressive working environment in the new situation.
