Of which, 60% are female; there are about 25,000 foreign workers; nearly 60% are from other provinces. These are all risk factors, potential and prone to arising problems affecting security and order in the area. At the same time, allowing the establishment of a representative organization for workers at the enterprise is both an opportunity and a big challenge for the trade union. Therefore, the Provincial Federation of Labor needs to focus on reviewing factors affecting the apparatus and operations. Thereby, strongly innovating and attracting workers through the most practical care activities.
Along with that, it is necessary to strengthen coordination activities between trade unions and related sectors, especially the Provincial Police, to help protect the security of industrial parks and the safety of workers.
