Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Nhung - Vice President in charge of the Cao Bang Provincial Federation of Labor - affirmed: In the coming time, the Provincial Trade Union will focus on the task of becoming a harmonious bridge to balance the interests of employees and enterprises, implemented effectively and with quality.
One of the new points shared by Ms. Nhung is the development of a set of criteria to evaluate the happiness index for union members - a breakthrough direction in caring for workers.
Along with that, the Provincial Federation of Labor also pays special attention to improving the knowledge level for workers through mobile propaganda sessions.
According to Ms. Nhung, streamlining the organizational apparatus not only helps the apparatus operate effectively but is also an opportunity to improve the quality of the trade union staff. Each individual will have to perfect their independent working skills and improve the quality of assigned work, she emphasized.
