Currently, Cao Bang province has 759 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) with 28,108 employees, including 27,619 union members. The non-state enterprise sector has 93 grassroots unions, accounting for 11.1% of the total number of employees.
In the first 6 months of the year, the Provincial Federation of Labor directed the entire system to focus on implementing activities to care for union members and workers such as: "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng", "Workers' Day", "Union Meal", "May Union Member Admission"... The total implementation cost is over 5 billion VND.
In addition, organize social activities and support new rural areas with more than 2.4 billion VND; mobilize the "Social Federation of Labor" Fund to reach over 1.1 billion VND.

Propaganda work has been innovated, attracting more than 28,000 participants. The whole province established 4 new grassroots unions, introduced 268 outstanding union members to the Party, and admitted 138 party members. The organization, inspection, finance and women's work continue to receive attention and be implemented in accordance with the Central's policies and resolutions.
In the last 6 months of the year, the Cao Bang Provincial Federation of Labor determined to continue to innovate organization and methods of operation; implement the 2024 Trade Union Law; develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions; care for and protect workers' rights; improve the quality of trade union staff.

At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented gifts to officials who stopped participating in the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, term XVII, 2023 - 2028, and full-time union officials who were on leave and transferred to work.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented gifts to say goodbye to cadres on leave, transfer jobs; presented Emulation Flags to 1 collective, Certificates of Merit to 13 collectives and 83 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
