In particular, the Son La Provincial Trade Union will allocate saved resources from streamlining the apparatus to reinvest in grassroots activities. Focus on supporting union members and workers in difficult circumstances, while improving the quality of dialogue, collective bargaining, organizing emulation movements for production labor, and taking care of workers' social security.
Practical support programs have been maintained such as building "Union Shelters", giving gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, supporting workers in work accidents, serious illnesses, etc. Hundreds of union members belonging to poor households and ethnic minorities in remote areas have received timely attention from the Union organization, thereby helping them reduce their burdens in life.

The emulation movements "Good workers - Creative workers" continue to be maintained, encouraging workers to improve productivity and promote initiatives.
"It can be affirmed that although the apparatus has been streamlined, the conditions for the area are large, many remote and highland areas, the Son La Trade Union staff is still steadfast in the goal of not leaving any union members behind", the Standing Vice President in charge of the Son La Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized.
