Workers care about salary and working environment
Mr. Nguyen Van Tung (from Phu Tho) said that after quitting his job at a small production workshop, he spent many days coming to this area to find a job. What he is most interested in when reading recruitment notices is the actual income level.
Living costs in Hanoi are quite high, rent, food, electricity, water, gasoline also cost 7-8 million VND per month. Therefore, I hope to find a job with an income of about over 12 million VND, if there are overtime, it is even better to have more money to cover living expenses" - Mr. Tung shared.
Not only concerned about salary levels, many workers also pay attention to the working environment and welfare regimes.
Ms. Tran Thi Lan (from Tuyen Quang), who used to work as a plastic casting worker for nearly 5 years, said that she prioritizes businesses with a safe working environment, clear about insurance regimes and allowances.
“Previously, I worked in a place with quite a lot of dust and heat, my health was affected, so this time when looking for a job, I paid attention to the working environment with air conditioning, less harmful. The company must pay full social insurance and have clear allowances” - Ms. Lan said.
Through recordings, many workers also expect to be able to work overtime to increase their income.
With regular overtime jobs, the total monthly income of workers can exceed 12 million VND, or even higher. In fact, with the current basic salary of many businesses in industrial parks, if adding allowances, overtime and bonuses, workers can completely achieve the income they want.
Businesses offer attractive salaries
On recruitment notices in this area, many businesses are offering quite competitive income levels. For example, Linh Kien Electronics Co., Ltd. SEI (Vietnam) is recruiting a large number of production workers with a basic salary of about VND 6.38 million/month, but the total average income after probation can reach VND 9-12 million/month when including overtime and allowances.
In addition to salaries, businesses also have many support regimes such as housing allowances, travel allowances of about 360,000 - 390,000 VND/month, child allowances, business performance bonuses of about 800,000 VND/month and many other bonuses during the year.
Another component manufacturing company in Thang Long Industrial Park also offers a fairly attractive income level.
Recruitment notice of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., the income of workers can reach 14-15 million VND/month, with a basic salary of about 6.8 million VND and allowances from 1-2 million VND.
Workers are also supported with many regimes such as living allowances, attendance allowances, travel allowances, monthly evaluation bonuses, allowances for female workers and night shift allowances.
Meanwhile, Endo Vietnam Co., Ltd. in this industrial park is recruiting about 30 CNC machine operators, with an income of 10-15 million VND/month depending on productivity and overtime. Not only focusing on salaries, many businesses also emphasize welfare factors to attract labor.
