Thien Loc Commune Police coordinated with Thang Long Industrial Park Co., Ltd. to organize Traffic Safety Week in the industrial park area, in order to strengthen ensuring traffic order and safety, and build a safe and civilized working environment.
Traffic Safety Week takes place from January 26 to January 31, in the context of increasing traffic and vehicles at the end of the year, posing a potential risk of traffic unsafety in the industrial park entrance area.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Vu Huu Huynh - Deputy Head of Thien Loc Commune Police, the organization of Traffic Safety Week aims to raise the awareness of law compliance of workers, laborers and people, contributing to preventing and limiting traffic accidents, ensuring the safety of life and property for businesses and the community.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, Thien Loc Commune Police coordinated with the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police and the industrial park security force to deploy working groups to patrol and control at key roads and the industrial park gate area. The forces focused on propagating and reminding people to comply with regulations on traffic order and safety, and at the same time strictly handle violations.
On the first day of deployment, functional forces handled 3 traffic violations; reminded and requested to stop the situation of encroachment on roads and sidewalks for 5 business cases in the industrial park gate area. The first violations were propagated and signed commitments not to re-offend.
In parallel with inspection and handling, Thien Loc Commune Police coordinate with businesses to organize legal propaganda sessions on road traffic, guiding safe driving skills, especially for electric motorbikes and electric bicycles - common means of transportation among workers.
Leaders of Thien Loc Commune Police said that Traffic Safety Week will be maintained regularly, closely combining propaganda and handling violations, towards the goal of reducing traffic accidents, ensuring security and order, building a safe and civilized Thang Long Industrial Park, stabilizing production and business activities and workers' lives.
