5. Organizing implementation
The Politburo requests Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels to promptly implement the following main tasks based on this Conclusion:
5.1. The Central Organizing Committee continues to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, ministries and branches to complete and report to the Politburo through the system of Job Position Lists for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the political system.
5.2. The Central Economic Committee presides over the review of the implementation of Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW, in collaboration with the Party Committee of the Party Committee and the relevant ministries, ministries and branches to research and assess the suitability, feasibility and propose the implementation of 5 payroll and 9 new allowances of the public sector accordingly to submit to the Central Government for consideration after 2026 when the Politburo promulgates and implements the list of positions in the list of positions in the list of positions in the system of political positions.

Accordingly, the Politburo requested the Central Economic Committee to preside over the review of the implementation of Resolution 27-NQ/TW in 2018, in collaboration with the Party Committee of the Party Committee and the relevant departments, ministries and branches to study and assess the appropriate, feasibility and propose the implementation of 5 payroll and 9 new allowances of the public sector accordingly politics.
