On December 30, a delegation of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation led by Comrade Thach Van Chung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation visited and worked at Ha Phong Export Garment Joint Stock Company - Hiep Hoa commune, Bac Ninh province.
Here, Comrade Vu Thi Thanh Ha - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union quickly reported on the operational situation of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union.
Accordingly, the Trade Union Executive Committee has well implemented the negotiation and signing of labor agreements with many points that are more beneficial to workers such as: The monthly bonus regime is high from 1-3 million VND/person/month; the average 13th month salary for union members and workers is about 19 million VND; salary support during probation periods, meal allowances, kindergarten fees, separate leave regime for salary; especially the regulation that female employees on maternity leave are still entitled to the 13th month salary bonus.
The Trade Union is authorized by the company to manage collective kitchens, regularly supervise the quality and safety of food hygiene. In 2025, the Trade Union maintained and expanded the improved meal model with 650 servings/day, diverse menus such as vermicelli, pho, roasted rice, noodles..., contributing to improving physical strength, health, and ensuring labor regeneration for workers.
The "Trade Union Meal" program is organized periodically with 2 trade union meals/year and 1 Tet trade union meal for workers, creating a warm atmosphere, strengthening dialogue and cohesion between business leaders, Trade Unions and workers. Typical is the emulation movement to complete production plans, in 2025 nearly 1,000 workers were rewarded with a total amount of over 3 billion VND. The "Initiative Emulation - Technical Improvement" movement continues to be promoted, with 122 individuals winning initiative prizes, bringing clear economic efficiency to businesses.
Comrade Thach Van Chung - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the activities of the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee, hoping that in the coming time, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee will continue to have many innovations and creativity, exceeding the assigned targets and tasks; well perform the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; emulation movements, in-depth propaganda and education activities, creating positive spillover effects, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
