On November 22, the Trade Union of Ty Bach Company Limited held the 3rd Congress, term 2025-2030, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - attended and directed the Congress.
In the 2023-2025 period, the Trade Union of Ty Bach Company Limited successfully completed 9 groups of targets of the Congress Resolution. The rate of union members has reached over 97%, 2 years (2023, 2024) "Completing tasks excellently", enhancing the reputation of the organization and the trust of workers.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union negotiates, signs and supervises Collective Labor Agreements with more favorable provisions than the law. The total cost of direct care reached over 15 billion VND, promptly supporting more than 500 workers, improving the lives and spirit of union members.
Entering the new term, the Trade Union has determined to focus on the interests of union members, improve the quality of negotiations, with at least 10 favorable provisions, pay attention to wages, benefits, working environment, housing support and education for children of workers.
The union strives to develop union members to 98% or more of the total number of employees; introduce 5 outstanding union members to the Party; have at least 10 individuals receive the Creative Labor Certificate; 100% of cadres receive professional training; inspect and supervise 100% of affiliated units.
The Congress elected 17 comrades to the Executive Committee, Ms. Lam Thi Ngoc Ha was re-elected as Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Ty Bach Company Limited for the 2025-2030 term. The Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union is determined to continue to promote a sense of responsibility to successfully complete the targets and tasks set for the 2025-2030 term.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Vice President of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - praised the efforts of the grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee and the collective of union members and workers, most notably the work of caring for the material and spiritual needs of union members.
Typically, maintaining the organization of birthdays for union members, paying attention to supporting unfortunate cases of serious illnesses; organizing competitions, sports festivals, seminars on health care for union members... The achieved results have contributed significantly to the overall achievements of the province's trade union activities.
In the new term, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union needs to focus on caring for, representing, and protecting the rights of union members; innovating propaganda work; paying attention to developing union members, introducing outstanding union members to the Party for admission; promoting emulation movements, focusing on emulation of good workers, creative workers; performing well the work of women's workers...
