The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision on the establishment of an interdisciplinary working group to conduct appraisal of component projects of the Tu Lien Bridge Construction Investment Project and the road at both ends of the bridge (from the intersection with Nghi Tam Street to the intersection with Truong Sa Street).
Accordingly, the interdisciplinary working group assigned Mr. Do Viet Hai - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction as the team leader and 10 members of the working group to represent the leaders of the Departments: Department of Finance; Department of Agriculture and Environment; Department of Planning and Architecture; Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Science and Technology; Department of Culture and Sports; Institute of Construction Planning; People's Committee of Tay Ho District; People's Committee of Long Bien District; People's Committee of Dong Anh District; secretary and assistant for the working group, including 5 officials from the Department of Construction.
The interdisciplinary working group chaired by the Department of Construction and has the task of reviewing and giving appraisal opinions on the contents of the component projects of the Tu Lien Bridge Construction Investment Project and the road at both ends of the bridge (from the intersection with Nghi Tam Street to the intersection with Truong Sa Street).
At the same time, use the seal of your unit to issue a document participating in the appraisal opinion to the Department of Construction for synthesis and reporting to the City People's Committee; the document participating in the appraisal opinion of the investment project must be sent to the Department of Construction within 24 hours from receiving the investment project dossier.
Fully attend interdisciplinary working group meetings, exchange and contribute opinions on the contents of reviewing, appraising and voting on the conclusions of the interdisciplinary working group. Responsible before the law, the City People's Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee for their appraisal and voting opinions; perform their accountability when there is a request for appraisal of opinions on the contents related to the fields under the functions and tasks of the agency, unit and locality under their management and the assigned contents.
The City People's Committee assigned investors of component projects with the task of promptly providing complete documents related to investment projects to ensure progress and quality to serve the appraisal work of the interdisciplinary working group; explain, clarify, and complete the investment project documents according to the requirements of the interdisciplinary working group. Responsible before the law, the City People's Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee for the documents of investment projects and perform their accountability when required for the Investment Project Feasibility Study Report.
The interdisciplinary working group will dissolve itself after completing the appraisal and adjustment work (if any) according to regulations.
