On the afternoon of August 13, the Labor Federation (LDF) of Khanh Hoa province organized the signing of a cooperation program to support union member welfare with Hanoi Employment Service Joint Stock Company (HANOIJOB).
At the program, the two sides approved a memorandum of understanding on cooperation, and introduced the program "Incubating knowledge - Training practical engineers for 0 VND" and exchanged methods of coordination for implementation in Khanh Hoa.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tap - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hanoi Employment Service Joint Stock Company - said that towards the goal of building high-quality human resources, training technical human resources to meet modern requirements, the enterprise has designed many learning programs suitable for each target group.
In which, the program focuses on training practical engineers, high-quality human resources, linking training with the actual needs of businesses, aiming to ensure learning, practical and job opportunities for learners.

According to the content of the memorandum of understanding, the cooperation program aims to support social security, improve learning opportunities and vocational training for children. Priority is given to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances who need vocational training.
Within the framework of cooperation, HANOIJOB will take the lead in building, allocating and coordinating the program "Incubating knowledge - Training practical engineers for 0 VND" for beneficiaries in Khanh Hoa. The program prioritizes high school and vocational secondary school graduates, with a model combining theory and practice at enterprises.
Businesses will provide information, career guidance materials, regulations and lists of linked vocational education institutions for employees to learn and choose. At the same time, coordinate with colleges and businesses receiving internships to monitor and supervise learning rights and student support policies according to the program.
On the side of the Trade Union organization, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation will support communication, disseminate information and introduce the program to grassroots trade unions, especially in industrial parks and economic zones.
Through this, union members, workers in difficult circumstances and demobilized soldiers have more information about vocational training opportunities, proactively learn and register to participate if needed.
The Provincial Labor Federation also creates conditions for the program to be introduced and integrated into thematic activities and appropriate career guidance activities of the Trade Union organization.
At the program, business representatives awarded 500 scholarships, with a total value of 100 billion VND, to support children of union members and workers in Khanh Hoa province.
Mr. Bui Hoai Nam - Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, said - in the coming time, the locality plans to form and develop more industrial parks, leading to a large demand for skilled human resources.
According to Mr. Nam, in the face of the increasingly strong trend of technology application in production, a part of workers are worried that their jobs may be affected. However, the reality at modern production lines shows that technology not only changes working methods but also sets higher requirements for workers' qualifications and professional skills.
The signing is expected to contribute to diversifying union member welfare programs, and at the same time create more channels to access vocational training information and career orientation for workers' children.
On this occasion, TQT Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and Vietnam Law Newspaper presented support of 10 million VND and household appliances to Phuoc Phuc Non-Public Social Protection Center (Tay Nha Trang ward).
